Leasedrive Velo has established and maintained a nationwide network of highly motivated vehicle service outlets, both franchised and non-franchised, delivering scheduled servicing, mechanical and minor vehicle repairs. Utilising the latest web-based authorisation and work time monitoring systems ensures effective control and management.

The network remains motivated through working in a balanced business relationship, not a relationship purely based on price.

To allow for the different client requirements Leasedrive Velo offers a choice of three Service, Maintenance and Repair options, as follows:

Pay on Use

For a fixed monthly management fee, Leasedrive Velo provides a fully managed SMR service, with all work being rebilled to the client at cost. The client bears all risk and rewards.

Budgeted Maintenance

Similar features to the "Pay on Use" service but the client pays a regular monthly budget amount, which reflects the estimated cost of maintenance. At the end of the contract there is an actual cost reconciliation between the budgeted amount and the actual spend.

Fixed Cost Maintenance

This option is provided in conjunction with Leasedrive Velo's Contract Hire, Contract Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase and Employee Car Ownership schemes. The client has reduced risk on maintenance expenditure and ease of budgeting.

Utilising Service:Manager™, the industry leading Service Network Management system integrated within Drive:Manager™, technical operators are able to monitor, control and authorise work online and drivers are able to locate service outlets and book their vehicle in for work online. Detailed interactive management reporting is available utilising Info:Manager™.
