Responsibility™ is a highly professional driver and vehicle management solution to the Duty of Care issues raised by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and summarised in their "Driving at Work" booklet. The booklet is a guide for employers outlining their responsibilities toward business drivers. The guide clearly states that you, the employer, have a clear requirement under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of all employees while at work.

Utilising a series of detailed workflow management processes, Responsibility™ is designed to manage the administrative tasks associated with ensuring the employee and their own vehicle are 'fit for purpose' under the HSE guidelines. In essence the solution provides the employer with the appropriate level of control over those business drivers who do not hold a company car, thus helping avoid potential penalties arising from non-compliance with Health and Safety Law, the Road Traffic Act and Road Vehicle (Construction and Use) Regulations.
