Leasedrive Velo wins £2.1m sale and leaseback contract from Palmer & Harvey
Leasedrive Velo, one of the UK's largest independent privately-owned vehicle management groups, has won a major contract from Palmer and Harvey, the UK's largest wholesale distributor. The £2.1m contract involves the sale and leaseback of 204 company cars plus the replacement of 130 contract hire vehicles over the next six months.
Commercial director, Roddy Graham at Leasedrive Velo said: "This represents another big win for us following a competitive tender review. Once again, duty of care and risk management were key client concerns tabled during discussions. Following the contract signing, we will assist immediately with a full vehicle management review and a re-design of fleet policy.
"Our online totally-integrated fleet management system, Drive:Manager, together with our open and transparent approach, were key deciding factors."
