The Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) is the United Kingdom's only independent organisation dedicated to developing the capability and enhancing the standing of fleet professionals.

Established in 1992, the Institute exists to connect people with a genuine interest in car fleet management in order to provide networking opportunities and the benefits of formal education programmes. Leasedrive Velo's commercial director Roddy Graham is the current chairman of the ICFM council.

Association of Car Fleet Operators

ACFO is the leading organisation representing and supporting the needs of all fleet operators.

ACFO offers up-to-the-minute information, excellent advice and training to support quality fleet management, for those involved in running/managing a fleet, whether as a full-time professional, or on a part-time basis along with other responsibilities.

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) was founded in 1902 and exists to provide services and support for organisations within the motor industry.

SMMT can deliver real business benefits to help companies, whose business development relies on the success of the motor industry, meet the challenges of the future. SMMT currently has a membership base of over 500 organisations.

British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association

The BVRLA is the trade association for the vehicle rental and leasing industry in the UK. The BVRLA represents vehicle rental, contract hire and fleet management companies on major policy issues.

It seeks to raise their standards of operation and service in accordance with the Association's Code of Conduct and it promotes and protects their business interests and provides them with services, all aimed at contributing to the commercial success of those companies.
