Linking with a market-leading player, Leasedrive Velo provides a full accident management service, operated by a dedicated team. From the point of reporting an incident through to the return of the repaired vehicle and the recovery of uninsured losses - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Drivers are supported throughout the process, receiving regular feedback at each stage, including support in pursuing any personal injury claims. A full third party claims management service is also provided for those clients who self-insure and have a vested interest in mitigating their potential losses. By managing the third party claim in 'client fault' incidents unnecessary costs such as Credit Hire charges and expensive repairs can be avoided.

In the case of 'third party' fault accidents it is important to recover the uninsured loss quickly, to minimise the impact on claims costs, which are used to assess annual premiums. Our partner has a proven track record in this field, achieving a very high percentage on recoveries pursued.

Our strategic partner, utilising their own in-house developed claims management system, processes the claims efficiently and effectively. The system incorporates a detailed workflow management tool to help manage the various stages of a claim through to conclusion. The system has a comprehensive reporting capability providing the client with important risk management information. Accident management data is integrated with data held on Leasedrive Velo's Drive:Manager™ and ALFA systems. Detailed interactive management reporting is also available utilising Info:Manager™.
